Heat treatment: Annealing: heat to 800-850 ℃, stay at this temperature for 2 hours, let it cool gradually in the furnace. Quenching: 550-600 ℃, secondary heating to 850-900 ℃, and then heating to a.1000-1.040 ℃. b. Quenching in oil at 1.040-1.080 ℃ (A. toughness tools are needed; B. hardness tools for hot work) tempering: slow heating to 550-680 ℃, staying at this temperature, and then cooling in still air, tempering should be conducted twice. Hardness: hrc530 ℃.
